Actually, you don't have to be a great writer to deliver wonderful articles online. I get some of my articles written by some friends.
Each article is handmade specifically for me so that it fits well in my website. I pay for each article the very common rate of usd 50.
Of course I make my money back on the advertising space like many businesses in various niches around the world.
When users of my website click on an ad, a couple of cents is added to my online account.
Follow the simple plan of the blogger: Write, Promote and Advertise.
Step #1: Write! Write unique quality content.
Step #2: Promote!! Get good search engine results.
Step #3: Advertise!!! Sell advertising space on your website.
